Knack Trainer Partnership (KTP)
Knack Trainer Partnership (KTP) approach ensures that our Knack Trainers align with our approach to delivering the Knack Pathways & workshop facilitation. Our lead trainer Dr. Vijayender Nalla works with our trainer aspirants and prepares them for the partnership
The engagement is for 15-week and includes 2-residential days to equip our trainers with the necessary skills and tools to effectively deliver outcomes to the learner cohorts.
